Hendrex B was engaged to deliver a complete fit-out of a multi-floor corporate headquarters in Blantyre's central business district. The scope demanded zero-downtime phased delivery, working floor-by-floor while the lower levels remained occupied.
Our team installed large-format porcelain tiles throughout open-plan areas, precision-cut glass partitioning, custom-built reception joinery and a full 3-phase electrical distribution system with dedicated server room cooling. Acoustic ceiling tiles were fitted in conference suites to achieve the client's specified noise-attenuation rating.
The project was completed two days ahead of programme, on budget, with a snag list that was closed within 48 hours of handover — a result of our rigorous quality-control checks at each phase gate.
