A fast-track renovation with careful sequencing and zero-downtime phasing — new flooring, façade painting, skylight installation and a complete MEP upgrade.
Trading hours couldn't be paused, so Hendrex B structured works around a strict 10 PM–6 AM window, completing all disruptive trades overnight while the store continued operating during business hours. A detailed night-by-night sequence was agreed with the client before a single tool was raised.
The façade received a full texture-coat repaint in the brand's updated colour system. Internally, worn vinyl flooring was lifted and replaced with slip-rated commercial tiles. Three barrel-vault skylights were installed to supplement artificial lighting and reduce daytime energy consumption.
The full MEP upgrade — new DB board, LED driver retrofit and hot-water cylinder replacement — was executed over a single planned weekend shutdown, minimising revenue impact.
